The hotel is beautiful and quiet, with a welcoming team starting from the doorman. the rooms have stylish decor. Its central location is excellent, close to all major attractions like Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Beverly Center, and Sunset Boulevard.

Truly enjoyed how absolutely fabulous and cool the property was and its consistently courteous staff from getting me a wheelchair to get to my room. I were in a marvellous and lovely location just a short stroll away from Norms. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced, for dinner and bar.

The location is favourable and unbeatable, loved to be walking distance to some leisure places, we've visited cafés and eateries. And it's at a moderate distance from downtown. The room is reasonably priced.

The room was luxurious and relaxing with a comfortable bed. The hotel's central location was a bonus.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bell men were also extremely helpful in weighing our very heavy bags (poor guys) aswell as helping us load and unload in shuttles.

For me personally, the bed wasn't too comfortable neither were the pillows, but for my friend, the bed was fine. Other then that, the hotel was great.

I enjoyed the serene and comfortable room, the excellent location close to a shopping center.

Overall service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at waws clean and well decorated. We needed to store our luggage after the check-out, and they were very kind.

Liked almost everything. Many attentions to details. For example, had a great Bose alarm clock. The hair dryer, the Iron were excellent. Room view was amazing & could see the Hollywood sign. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. The gym is great & the roof top pool & roof top ''Chill'' section were awesome.Very central to go visit la in style.

Was a bit expensive but I think it was worth the experience.Parking is $$$. The are no bath tubs. I don't care for them but my wife was dissapointed.

The staff at Hotel Sofitel Los Angeles At Beverly Hills were very helpful in providing a wheelchair to assist me in getting to my room. the location is fantastic, just 2 miles away from an art museum. Additionally, it is conveniently close to Sunset Strip, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive, and Universal Studios.

They haven't informed me in advance that the parking was 29 u$d/ day!!! Thieves!! Horrible view from the room also...

We like the cleanliness of the hotel and the view from the big windows is very good.

We have a very bad experience in this hotel because this hotel is not suitable for families with children at all. In such a big hotel they didn't make any place for families to just drink a cup of coffee. Even we couldn't sit in the lobby because there is only two seats next to each other in the lobby. Every night they are making party next to the lobby with extremely very high voice which is extremely annoying for the guests who doesn't like praties. And all drunk people are walking thru the lobby that scared us which is something I neve want our children to see.

My room had a great view of the hills. The hotel provided shower, hair dryers, and bathrobes, which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to a bar/restaurant downstairs and Hollywood's tourist attractions.
